Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped every three days. Depending on when you place your order, please allow up to 3 business days before your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping within Germany Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 business days.

Shipping within Europe Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 business days.

International Shipping Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 10–20 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply for orders outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
